I love the sandwiches here. I really like the Italian. And the cookies are actually so amazing. I love the chocolate chip oatmeal ones. This time I got the double chocolate. The service is pretty fast and the place is very clean and the workers are incredibly kind here. I'm excited to try some of the other sandwiches and soups here soon!
Been wanting to try Potbelly for a while now, and I'm so glad I did! I ordered online since I just wanted to get home and relax. I decided to get the avo turkey sandwich with baked lays original and a coke zero, the sandwich was so yummy, flavorful and fresh. When I got there to pick up my order I was greeted with a smile and was asked if her could help me. I told him I was there for a pick up and he pointed me in the right way for my pick up. The restaurant was very clean, all tables were wiped off and clean, no trash or debris on the floor. I will be back.
I really like eating at potbelly. The chicken pot pie soup is great, and the hot pepper relish is great. The service is always great too.

The sandwiches are decent priced good choices quality ingredients. The app was easy to use the service was fast and the sandwiches were ready as soon as I walked in. It was an easy grab and go situation. Everyone inside was friendly and the place was also very clean. I loved the flavors of my sub and so did my wife. And I love the toasted bread for sure! I also liked that nothing was soggy and it was also incredibly filling for a sandwich. The deals were excellent and I immediately had new rewards in my app after this purchase was made. We both can't wait to come back!
First time trying this restaurant, but it won't be my last. EVERYTHING was delicious (vegetable soup, Steakhouse Angus roast beef sandwich, chicken club sandwich). The manager went above and beyond to help me resolve my software glitch problem, and the first employee I talked to on the phone was also friendly, helpful and efficient.
I placed a catering order for our office lunch a day ahead. And while I got a confirmation I received a call day of the order had been canceled. The gal I spoke with quickly took care of the problem but quite the scare considering it was about an hour before the order needed to be placed. Overall it went well.
Amazing Sandwich as always. Damn why is this chain SOOO good, everything they have is just delicious. Food we ordered: A Wreck: A meaty fan favorite! Turkey breast, hickory smoked ham, Angus roast beef, salami, swiss. I go sans ham and fully loaded including the best topping the hot peppers. Chips: Zapp's Voodoo potato chips just OK... need some other brand these chips aren't the ones. Soup: Vegetable Soup which was very good, easily the best sandwich shop soup by far, hearty hot and tasty. Drinks: Oreo Milkshake - To die For this is a must have! Creamy thick and delicious Dessert: We tried the Chocolate Chip cookie and it was amazing as well soft chewy and delicious. Prices are about as expected for a sandwich shop. Decently busy like all locations. The staff was friendly and the food came out hot and delicious.
